Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang cepat dan tidak terduga menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi secara lebih fleksibel. Agile Organization telah muncul sebagai pendekatan yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi Agile Organization pada Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan melibatkan 233 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agile Organization meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, dan memperkuat kolaborasi lintas unit di BKKBN. Meskipun sektor publik sering menghadapi resistensi budaya, Agile Organization mampu mendorong perubahan yang lebih adaptif dan kolaboratif.
