he Effectiveness of Public Consultation and Market Sounding During Covid-19 Pandemic Case Study: Public Works and Housing Sector Public-Private Partnership Projects
Abstrak
The Covid-19 pandemic has led to changes in work procedures and behavior, especially for Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects’ Public Consultation and Market Sounding, which
were initially held face-to-face into virtual meetings. With the descriptive analysis method, this study aims to see the effectiveness of virtual meeting activities as measured by the participation of stakeholders or participants, including attendance and responses of the participants. Data were obtained from 14 (fourteen) activities representing the Public Works and Housing (PUPR) sector, both held before and during the pandemic period. From these data, it can be concluded that the virtual meetings during the pandemic are considered effective as evidenced by the increased participation of participants and PPP Projects’ Letter of Intent submission from Business Entities.
