Abstrak

The spread of the corona virus respiratory syndrome (COVID-19) does not only have implications in the health sector but also the global economy. One of the business sectors
affected by this pandemic is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which hit MSMEs was as many as 163,713 micro, small and medium
enterprises, including food and beverage businesses as well as creative and agricultural industries. The purpose of the implementation of this research is to develop a Digital
Transformation development strategy that can be accepted by MSMEs by applying the Business Model Innovation approach, so that by developing these strategies, they can see existing
problems by developing concepts that can be needed for MSMEs to adapt to all existing conditions. and has a competitive value and can be sustainable in accordance with current
demands to have a competitive advantage. Digital transformation is used to make changes to business strategies carried out by business actors, such as MSMEs. Digitalization products,
which are a development strategy for the MSME business world, can be further developed by synergizing with the Business Model Innovation so that these MSMEs can be adaptive and have more competitive value than others. The collaboration of the two can be done by doing Value Creation, Value Delivery, and Value Capture. The implementation of Business Model
Innovation at MSMEs will help develop businesses to increase the economic value of each MSME and this business model can be used by MSMEs in facing future business challenges.
To be able to carry out the development strategy, a Roadmap is needed that can explain the digital transformation process that will collaborate with the Business Model Innovation. The
roadmap will be used by MSMEs to align the transformation process so that it runs with the concept of the business model being developed. For it to operate in tandem, it takes a lever
(Enabler) to carry out the implementation of the digital transformation on the business model that has been developed.
